Stanford Health Care presents a new way to see inside the human body. You'll fly through the ear, the heart, the hip and the knee on a journey through anatomy, authored by Dr. Sakti Srivastava, Chief of Stanford School of Medicine's Division of Clinical Anatomy. Our app runs on tablets and phones, with narration and captioning available in English, Spanish and Chinese - just click on the flag for your language. It's also VR enabled on phones for use with Virtual Reality viewers.
In standard viewing mode, you can pinch to zoom, swipe to rotate, and tap to see a structure's name. The guided tours can be paused or exited at any time, and you can jump to sections using the nodes on the pop-up timeline. In VR mode, you can look around in all directions.
This application has been tested on Samsung devices newer than the Galaxy S4. In general this application is graphic-intensive and may not reliably run on older devices.
